Daughter has special provision for maintenance

Every person have bound to given maintenance to his wife,his legitimate or illegitimate minor child and his father or mother .Section 125 of Criminal procedure code has given special protection to daughter it says:-
   ''provided that the magistrate may order the father of a minor female child referred to in clause [b] to make such allowance until she attains her majority ,if the magistrate is satisfied that the husband of such minor female child ,if married ,is not possessed of sufficient means:
    So every daughter whether legitimate or illegitimate has special right for maintenance .If her husband capable to maintain ,it is his duty and if her husband unable to maintain it is her father duty .
